Shipping Policy

At Aptelior, we ship exclusively to a selected group of countries to ensure reliable, consistent, and premium delivery standards. Every order includes free tracked shipping, real-time updates, and full support from our logistics team. This policy applies only to the countries listed below and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

We currently ship only to the following markets:

We do not ship to any countries outside this list.
Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas (islands, rural regions, military addresses) may take longer. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes for bulky or fragile items.

2) Delivery Times by Country

  • 🇫🇷 France — 8–15 working days
  • 🇮🇹 Italy — 8–15 working days
  • 🇩🇪 Germany — 8–15 working days
  • 🇮🇪 Ireland — 8–15 working days
  • 🇲🇿 Mozambique — 12–25 working days (depending on customs and local logistics)

Processing times: all orders are processed within 1–2 working days before dispatch. Orders placed during peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) may require additional processing time.

📦3) Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as the order is dispatched. You can follow your shipment anytime via our Track Order page.

Multi-item orders may be shipped separately to optimize delivery time. Each shipment will have its own tracking code.

📬4) Missed or Delayed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails, carriers will retry or leave collection instructions. If your parcel shows no tracking updates for 7+ days, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Parcels returned due to incorrect addresses can be reshipped once corrected (additional shipping fees may apply).

💰5) Customs, VAT & Duties

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

Prices include UK VAT. Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — no extra fees on delivery.

🇪🇺 Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Ireland

VAT is charged according to the destination country under the EU OSS system. Orders are delivered DDP — no customs fees upon arrival.

🇺🇸🇨🇦🇦🇺 United States, Canada & Australia

Most orders are shipped Duty Paid. If local customs require additional charges, the carrier will inform you before delivery.

🇲🇿 Mozambique

Customs or VAT may apply. Charges vary depending on local regulations and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

🏠6) Address Changes

Address changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing the order. After dispatch, modifications are no longer possible.

⚠️7) Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please send photos within 48 hours so we can assist promptly. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on availability.
