These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how you may access and use the website of Aptelior and make purchases from us. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These Terms apply to consumers in the United Kingdom and the European Union and do not affect your statutory rights.

  • If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse of your account.

4) Orders & Contract Formation

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. We will send an order confirmation email, but a contract is formed only when we issue a dispatch confirmation and hand the goods to the carrier.
  • We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if payment cannot be authorised, or in case of a pricing or description error. If payment was taken, it will be refunded promptly.
  • If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will inform you and offer a refund or suitable alternative.

5) Prices, Currency & VAT

  • Prices are displayed in the local currency of your market (e.g., GBP for the UK, EUR for the EU) and include VAT where applicable.
  • For UK customers, VAT is charged in accordance with UK law (standard rate 20%). For EU customers, VAT is charged according to the rate in your delivery country under the OSS scheme.
  • Prices may change, but confirmed orders are not affected.

6) Payment

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and digital wallets through our payment partners (e.g., Shopify Payments / Stripe).
  • By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use that method and that the information provided is correct.

7) Delivery

  • Standard delivery across Europe is typically 7–15 working days after dispatch. Processing time is usually 1–2 working days.
  • Carriers may include Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, DHL, or local postal partners depending on destination.

8) Risk & Title

  • Risk in the goods passes to you when the order is delivered to your address.
  • Ownership (title) passes once full payment has been received.

9) Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Consumers in the UK and EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day after receiving goods. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
  • Faulty or incorrect items are covered by your statutory rights. You may request repair, replacement, or refund as applicable.

15) Liability

  • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  • We are not liable for losses unforeseeable at the time of contract, nor for business losses such as lost profits, data, or goodwill.
